Constant implementation of new solutions is inevitable at the present stage of economic development. This also applies to agricultural production, where innovation may relate to products, cultivation technology and processing, ways of utilizing and marketing activities. The study emphasizes the need for risk management in the agricultural production process, as it is in industrial processes, and use of the LCA methodology for assessing the environmental impact.
