The features of innovative and investment of agrarian enterprises’ development are reveled. The dynamics of investment in agriculture is described. The estimation of investment in fi xed assets farms of Ukraine by source of funding is made. The characteristic of direct and foreign investment in agriculture of some countries are discussed. The ways of improving the mechanism of state support of investment and innovation of agrarian enterprises, considering their goals and strategies are proposed. The formation of innovation and investment support of farms to get the efficient result is given.
