High active realization of milk ejection reflex of swiss breed cows at the milking machines “Parallel”

The aim of research was to establish the activity level of the reflex of milk cow’s Swiss breeds as stereotypical conditions of milk yield on the installation of “Parallel”. While observing the movement of cows in the recreation area and in the milking parlor, detected that in some animals, with a one-yield of milk about 11 kg, out from teats of the udder drops the milk, and then excreted from udder even more of milk. These cows are characterized by relatively high functional activity of the udder. The average intensity of secretion of milk in animals II (control) group, with the normal reflex of  activity excretion of milk  is at 2,7 kg/min, while in a І group of cows, with increased activity of reflex, the intensity of secretion of milk  higher by 18,2% (P<0,01) and amounts to 3,3 kg/min. If in cows of І groups the index of maximum intensity excretion of milk amounts the average at 5,4 kg/min, then in the second (control) group of cows the index also quite high, and amounts is 4,1 kg/min, and lower by 24,1% (P<0,001).
High indicators of intensity excretion of milk cows provide good exemption the milk from udder during milking machine. For the first minute working of the milking machine the udder of cows І groups were emptied of accumulated secretions by 35,6%, while this index in animals II (control) group lower by 17,1 % and amount is 3,3 kg/min. Almost complete exemption the milk from udder of cow characterized animals of І group, within two minutes working of milking machine on the udder, because in this time the udder was empty at 92,7%, and in the second group (control) of cows this index does not exceed 72,1%, which inferior to 28,6% (P<0,001).
Thus, certain parts of a herd of Swiss breed cows, characterized of peculiarity by morphological and histological structure of udder, which ensures high indicators of functional activity of udder. For these cows, only conditional reflex of stimuli and time of milking should signal a value for the excitation of high activity reflex of secretion milk.
