Economic efficiency of using preparation “Argenvit” in incubation of quails eggs

Food market of Ukraine has been an increasing demand for quails production which connected, first of all, with the taste characteristics of meat and eggs, if we will compared with chickens, ease of maintenance and feeding, the expiration date of quail eggs in comparison with chickens, the payback period and the amount of investment.
One of the important elements of poultry production is compliance with the sanitary condition of the premises, incubator, products and the prevention of the formation of pathogenic and opportunistic microflora. Most disinfectants have high activity. But they have a short term of work, in some cases – carcinogenicity, high corrosion effects on equipment, hydrolysis and, in this connection, low communicative.
Therefore, application of preparations based on nanosilver in the production conditions of poultry enterprises is a promising area of research.
The purpose of our work was to conduct an analysis of the economic efficiency of used preparation nanosilver «Argenvit» during the incubation of quails eggs.
For determine the effect of the preparation «Argenvit» on the results of the incubation of quails eggs, were formed four groups of eggs: control (non-treated eggs), first, second, third (eggs treated with the preparation) with concentration 0,1%, 0,2 %, 0,3%.
The used of a colloidal solution of silver nanoparticles in demineralised water of the preparation «Argenvit» during the disinfection of quails eggs for incubation has a positively affects the outbreak of young quails, which is 61,7-66,1%, and it is higher than in the control group on 1,0-5,4%.
The best result in terms of the outbreak of young quails was obtained in the first experimental group, whose disinfection of eggs was carried out in a 0,1% solution of the preparation was – 66,1%, which more than in the second and third experimental groups on 0,8-4,4%.
The use of 0,02% solution of the preparation «Argenvit» during the incubation according to the scheme: aerosol treatment of eggs at the 1st and 15th days of incubation, has a positive effect on the results on incubation of the quails eggs and on the indicators of economic efficiency. The output of day-old quails is increased by 48 goals, which contributes to an increase in profits on 184,00 UAH and an increase in the profitability of the production of day-old quails on 12,64%.

Influence of genotypic factors on qualitative indicators of wool and meat sheep production

The comparative study results of wool and meat production of Ascanian wool-meat, Ascanian fine-wool and Ascanian crossbred sheepare are shown.
As follows from the study the ratio of the Ascanian meat-wool bred wool to the crossbred, homogeneous and half-bred wool is 50 to 58 of quality. In case of Ascanian crossbred sheep staplefleece consists of transient wool, filament breadth is 58-48 of quality. The ration of the wool of Ascanian fine-wool gimmers to fine-wool, homogeneous is 60 of quality.
The crude wool shearing of Ascanian crossbred gimmers proved to be the biggest and equals 4.4 kg, clean wool — 2,8 kg. As to clean wool shearing, they apparently top Ascanian fine-wool sheep born in the same year. Clean fiber yield of the test Ascanian meat-wool bred of Odessa type and Ascanian crossbred sheepmost probably tops the indicators of the control group gimmers and equals 62,8%, 63,5% and 45,2% respectively.
It has been proved that Ascanian meat-wool lambs of Odessa type and Ascanian crossbred sheep are marked by the highest slaughter qualities. Thus, before-slaughter weight of Ascanian meat-wool sheep of Odessa type and Ascanian crossbred sheep compared to AscanianAscanian fine-wool bred was bigger by 12,0 kg and 12,8 kg, or by 41,1% and 43,8%. It has been proved that Ascanian meat-wool bred of Odessa type has the highest meat ratio and equals 4,3. Upon those indications Ascanian crossbred sheep are inferior by 0,4, and Ascanian fine-wool sheep by 0,5. Ascanian mean-wool lambs of Odessa type as well as Ascanian crossbred sheep have the biggest flesh yield per 1 kg of before-slaughter body weight and it equals 366,5 g and 366, 7 g, which is by 27,5 g and 27,7 g bigger than Ascanian fine-wool sheep do.

Modern technology of pork production in conditions of Michurin ALLC of Bratsky District of Mykolaiv Region

The technology of pork production in conditions of Michurin ALLC of Bratsky District of Mykolaiv Region is investigated. In this farm purebred large white sows of English selection and their cross breed with landrace as well are used for pork production. Specialized meat-type hogs, such as landrace, Duroc and Pietrain, are used too. It is proved that as a result of establishment of improved technology of pork production in conditions of Michurin ALLC the breakeven level in pig breeding field will heighten by 12,6% and this figure will reach 39,3%.

Досліджено відтворювальні якості свиноматок великої білої породи у різних варіантах схрещування за умов сучасної технології. Встановлено, що за сукупністю ознак відтворювальної здатності найкращими виявилися свиноматки великої білої породи при поєднанні з плідниками породи ландрас.
