The conducted researches allow to determine the following theoretical basis for the creation of flexible breeding management systems and processes in pig farming working with FT «Black Sea» ULW-3: ? due to increased breeding value of each next generations compared with previous one there is a feasibility of faster replacement boars-sires after index ratings of their descendants, this can speed up the level and efficiency of the selection process and the stability of the gene pool; ? give preference in the selection of replacement youngsters class distribution for
live birth weight М + , which is the most highly productive in the future; ? there is a shift towards increasing the number of individuals with a high frequency of М + options (for live birth weight, average daily gain) and alternative shift towards increasing the number of individuals with high frequency variations М – (for age achieving live weight of 100 kg, thick bacon, feed consumption) under condition of maintenance pigs different age-sex groups with recommended level of crude protein in the diet; ? it was determined the optimal level of intensity growing replacement young pigs FT «Black Sea» ULW-3 during ontogeny.

Target of breeds standards are high enough, but in most farms the potential of the genotypes of the animals is only 30…50%. Under such conditions it is difficult to compete with the world level and even to survive in this volatile economy. But in farms where well aware of the benefits of intensive technologies, introduction of achievements of science and technology, comprehensively take into account all the factors that affect the efficiency of production, pig farming is a profitable business. Given the importance of the development of the pig industry and the use of modern innovative approaches to restore industry and increased pork production the goal was to provide an analysis of the technology of production of pork products in the conditions of the Agricultural production cooperative «Agricultural firm «MiG-Service-agro». The studies were conducted in the conditions of breeding plant breeding pig breeds: large white, Landrace, Duroc (interbreed type of Ukrainian selection “Steppe”) and enterprises with breeding in pig breeding category of the APC «Agricultural firm «Mig-Service-agro» village Sukhoy Yelanets, Novoodesky district of Mykolayiv region. The study was conducted conventional breeding methods. After studying the local and global gene pool of pigs, a leading national and world driving technology in pig, farm managers and specialists and scientists of Mykolayiv State Agrarian University introduced modern technology of production of pork. Growing pigs on the farm at two production sites. On the first site contains basic sows and boars during the entire reproductive period, as well as piglets from birth to reach a live weight of 30 kg. On the second floor is the cultivation of breeding and fattening of young. It is established that the organization of care and feeding pigs in the farm fully complies with the requirements of modern industrial technology for production of pork. The introduction of modern technology and feeding pigs of all age and gender groups in the context of the APC «Agricultural firm «Mig-Service-agro», gave the opportunity to obtain a sufficiently high animal productivity results. Pig industry in the economy has become profitable and competitive among the farms of the region and country. The high genetic potential of breeding of young animals of a breeding farm “Mig-Service-Agro” will increase productivity of breeding pigs and commodity farms of different size and ownership. Every year, it is grown and available for the implementation of 550 head of young pigs of the above breeds, which is 90% meets the requirements of class “elite”. The farm has the possibility of implementing two-breed pigs large white × Landrace (F1).

The purpose of this study was to analyze the level of impact factors of genotype and type of the floor on the morphological composition and the ratio of tissues in pigs’ carcasses. Studies were conducted on fattening livestock of the Large White breed (LW) of two breeds combination of sows of the Large White breed with boars of Landrace breed (LW x L) and breed-linear combination of two breeds gilts of the Large White and Landrace with terminal boars of specialized meat line “OptiMus” (LW x L)xSS. In the control group young pigs of each genotype were fattened on the solid concrete floor for 20 heads. In the experimental group young pigs were housed together 60 heads in the section of premise that was adapted for using the deep constant organic sand and straw litter. During fattening (from the end of August to mid-November) animals received balanced combined feed-stuffs. Pigs from each technological group at live weight of 100kg (respectively 10 heads of each genotype) were transferred to the slaughter house for the evaluation of a meaty of carcasses by the method of fallouts. The analysis of results shows that animals received with using boars of specialized line “OptiMus”( р≤ 0.001), reacted negatively to the concrete floor by reducing weight of carcasses and better showed its potential of the meat productivity under conditions of energy retentive technology η²=37.2%, р≤0.01. Factors of floor type and genotype influenced on muscle weight with moderate force , according η²=12.1% (р≤0.01) and η²=13.7% (р≤0.01). Pigs of each genotype both technological groups had no difference with the percentage of meat output in carcasses. It was found out that the effect of floor type and genotype on fat weight in carcasses of pigs was higher than on meat weight and relatively was η²=26.2% (р≤0.001) and η²=23.1 (р≤0.001). An important interaction of both factors was at 61% (р≤0.01), that each genotype had its own specificity of the fat deposition accordance with the technological peculiarities of fattening process. The impact force of the floor type on fat weight of purebred was 21.6% (р≤0.05), two breeds combination -15.9% (р≤0.08), breed-linear hybrid – 69.2% (р≤0.001). Gilts combination (LW x L) stable responded to technological peculiarities of different conditions. The effect of factor of genotype had a significant influence on the fatty of pigs’ carcasses at η²=34.1 – 45.9% (р≤0.001) for both technological groups. It was found out the significant advantage of bones’ weight in pigs of each genotype which were on concrete than on deep constant litter. Thus, the influence force of genetic factor on bones’ weight was slightly higher η²=36.4% (р≤0.0001) compared with the effect of floor type η²=28.2% (р≤0.0001). Thus, in alternative growing conditions of pigs of different genotypes there are specific peculiarities of the formation of qualitative characteristics and the relative distribution of morphological components of carcasses that must be considered in optimization of pork production. In pigs which were housed on deep litter compared with analogs on the concrete floor at higher level of the absolute meat and fat content in carcasses it was observed more intensive accumulation of adipose tissue which reduces relative indexes of their meat productivity.

The production of pork on a hybrid basis allows to receive an additional an average of 5 to 15% of production due to the existence of heterosis effects. The classical scheme of crossing is provided the use of boars meat breeds Duroc and pietrain on two-breed F1 females (LWxL, LxLW). Recently, however, this scheme is upgraded through the use of terminal boars hybrid origin Alba, Maxter, Optimus, Maxgro, Kantor. Fattening young animals obtained from these boars of hybrid origin, has the advantage over purebred and local young animals in the yield of lean meat, specific gravity valuable parts of the carcass, etc. However, the effectiveness of the combination on reproductive capacity depends not only on individual qualities of females and boars, but also on their integration and capacity of species in certain crossings to show their reproductive quality at a high level. The aim of the research was to study the effectiveness of crossing purebred sows of large white breed with boars of Landrace and terminal boars of genetic line Maxgro in industrial technology and establish the most productive combinations in terms of LLC “RPC “Globinsky pig complex” Poltava region. The studies were performed according to litters of purebred sows of large white breed Irish breeding (n = 3528 animals). The object of the study were indicators of reproductive ability of sows (multiple pregnancy, the weight of the nest and the preservation of piglets at weaning at 28 days of age). Sows were housed under identical conditions of feeding and maintenance. Sows of LW breed Irish breeding have a high level of reproductive qualities, which allows their use in systems of crossbreeding and hybridization as maternal form. Use in industrial production terminal boars Maxgro, when combined with sows of LW breed is characterized by deterioration of reproductive qualities as the multiple pregnancy and weight of the nest at weaning.

Studies show that when the diet is chosen so that the content of amino acids can fully meet the needs of animals, a high effect is achieved in the growth, performance, and use of the protein. Plant food for pigs deficient in lysine, methionine and tryptophan. Thus, when balancing diets were evaluated in the composition of essential amino acids, primarily to avoid shortages. To do this, use a variety of foods of animal origin, as well as fodder yeast, flour, soy. The aim of this work was to study the effect of the content of essential amino acids in the diet on productive qualities of Large White pigs. In the control group of pigs received a basal diet consisting of wheat bran and barley, sunflower and soybean flour, chalk aft, tricalcium phosphate, and sodium chloride. Pet second experimental group received a balanced diet with a high content of cereal components and a sufficient quantity of lysine. Pigs third experimental group received a diet balanced in essential amino acids by the addition of synthetic amino acids, based on the so-called “ideal” protein. Weight of the animals was determined at the end of each period in the morning before feeding animals. Average growth of pigs in each age is determined on the basis of these data, Сonsumption of a balanced diet with synthetic essential amino acids has increased the weight of the piglets at the age of 120 days by 13.1% compared in the control group. Weight of the animals of the third experimental group was higher than in the control group, 5.37 kg weight at, or 19.1%. The difference in weight between the animals in group 2 and the control group was 3.58 kg, or 12.8% in favor of the second group of guinea pigs. Costs feed units to obtain 1 kg of weight gain of the animals of the 3rd group were reduced by 16,2-20,3%, compared with control animals.
